Shirley Jo Rockwell passed away on April 27, 2026, at the Care Haven Rehab Center, in Martinsburg, WV.

She was the daughter of the late Pernia Johnson and Speed Johnson

She is survived by sons, James Flickinger and Donald Rockwell; her sister, Delores Cecchett; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by sons, Ronald Barrett, Thomas Rockwell; grandson, Brian Flickinger; sister, Nellie Goldman; and brother, Marlin Johnson.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
