Stephanie Hottel Fout, 40, of Ranson, WV passed away on July 22, 2026, at the Hospice of the Panhandle, in Kearneysville, WV.

Born on August 2, 1985, in Winchester, VA, she was the daughter of Larry Clifton Hottel and Kathy Diane Hottel.

Stephanie was a graduate of Brunswick High School, class of 2003. Stephanie achieved her CNA, but floral design was her passion, she was the owner of Steel Magnolias Flower Shop, in Charles Town, WV. She was a dedicated and loving mother, daughter and sister.

She is survived by her two daughters, Natalee (Braedon), and Karlee; two sons, Benjamin and Charlie; siblings, Gary, Casey, Lilly; parents, Larry Hottel (Jaime), Kathy Hottel; special aunt and caregiver, Angie; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins.

Services will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., at Hillside Chapel, 11240 Pleasant Walk Road, Myersville, MD 21773.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.
