Stephanie Lynn Mills, 52, of Loris, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at her mother's residence in Charles Town, WV.

Born January 11, 1969 in Ranson, WV, she was the daughter of Franklin and Barbara Wiley Painter of Charles Town, WV.

Stephanie was of the Christian faith and was retired from Lowe's management with over 20 years of service.

Stephanie was a graduate of Jefferson High School, Class of 1987, where she played the flute in the band. She enjoyed making crafts for her family and friends.

She is survived by one daughter, Heather Helton of Hedgesville, WV; her parents, Franklin "Buck" and Barbara Painter of Charles Town; three brothers, Tim Painter of Chicago, ILL; Ryan Painter and Katie of Smyrna, DE and Shannon Painter and Angie of Martinsburg; special cousins, Mike and Ray Cook, niece, Brooklyn Painter, nephews, Bryce and Cole Painter and her faithful K-9 companion, Nutmeg.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
