Tammy Marlene Varner, 62, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Berkeley Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV.

Born June 15, 1963, she was the daughter of Corbin Jack and the late, Goldie Jack. She was a member of Westview Baptist Church, in Martinsburg, WV.

Among her many jobs, Tammy delivered newspapers and worked in various customer service roles, in the IT department at Focus on the Family, as a school bus driver and a school bus trainer. She served in ministry roles such as a Bible Quizzing Coach and Children's Church Leader.

She loved to host nice meals and care for others; she loved being a mom first, then when her kids were grown, a grandma to her eight (and counting!) grandkids.

She is survived by her father, Corbin Jack; one brother, William Jack; one sister, Shirley Thurman; step-daughter, Heidi Donahue (Kelly); three daughters, Jessica Anderson (Geoff), Sarah Boetcher (Jordan), Rebekah Kozak (Thomas); one son, Raymond Varner (Sarah); eight grandchildren, Nicholas, Michael, Declan, Evelyn, George, Annabelle, Zoey, and Hezekiah.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Varner.

Services will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., at Westview Baptist Church, 301 S. Louisiana Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25401, with Pastor Bryan Dugger officiating.
