Tammy Rutherford Webb, 47, of Kearneysville, W. Va., died Friday, October 28, 2005, at Winchester Medical Center at Winchester, Va.

She was born May 20, 1958 at Ranson, W. Va. and was the daughter of the late John Robert Rutherford and Dorothy Staubs Rutherford.

She was employed as the office manager at Jefferson Asphalt Co. in Charles Town, W. Va.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was of the Methodist faith. She was a 1976 graduate of Jefferson High School. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Jackson-Perks Post #71 of the American Legion, Past Player Agent for Charles Town/Ranson Little League and Jefferson High School Baseball Boosters.

She is survived by her husband, Richard "Rick" Webb, at home, daughter, Ashley Webb, at home, two sons, Bryan Adam Webb, at home and Bradley Webb and wife: Stefanie of Bel Air, Md., one sister, Patsy Kidwell of Charles Town, W. Va., one granddaughter, Hailey Webb of Bel Air, Md., special niece, Monica Mumaw of Bolivar, W. Va. and several other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Walter Clem, Jerry Clem and Ralph "Junior" Clem, and one nephew, Tommy Clem.

Services will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at 11 AM at the Bolivar United Methodist Church with the Rev. Douglas Fraim officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Lutheran Cemetery in Bolivar, W. Va.

The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer Funeral Home, 970 Washington St., Harpers Ferry, W. Va. on Sunday and Monday from 7 to 9 PM.
