Terry Graham Lynden Guthrie, 31, of Charles Town, West Virginia, left this world to find a better home on Friday, December 3, 2021.

Born September 12, 1990 in Myersdale, PA, he was the son of Benjamin Guthrie, Sr. and Darlene Mongold Cockrell.

He was of the Christian faith and was employed by William A. Hazel Co.

He is survived by his parents, Darlene and Jim Cockrell of Charles Town; biological father and step-mother, Benjamin Guthrie and Caroline; six sisters, AnChilla, Judy, Debra, Holly, Katherine and Jessica; three brothers, Benjamin, Jr., James and Nathaniel; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, in-laws and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Cecilia Guthrie and grandmother, Tay-Tay Cockrell.

Terry was all about his family and forgiveness. He loved to laugh and always made sure he used the words "I love you", no matter the situation. Although he was a big man, he was always a boy at heart.

Services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Deacon Todd Varney officiating.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 5-8 pm.
