Terry Wayne Shaff, 61, of Rohrersville, MD passed away April 15, 2026 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD.

Born November 3, 1964 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Floyd Eugene Shaff and Joanne Belle Wilt Shaff.

He was of the Christian faith.

He is survived by two brothers, Ronald D. Shaff and Jeffrey Eugene Shaff, one sister, Lisa Lynn Carey and his significant other, Linda Disharoon.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Eric Fraley officiating. Interment will follow at Brownsville Heights Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Ronald Shaff, Brian Webber, Shane Webber, Dusty Webber, Dustin Webber and Tyler Webber.
