Thomas Clark Virnston Jr. entered the realm of our Heavenly Father at the age of 30 years old on July 16th, 2026. 

Thomas was born in Winchester, Virginia to Paula Virnston, née Braxton and Thomas Virnston Sr.

He was a graduate of Liberty University and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and was pursuing a career with Amazon Web Services.

 Thomas was a scholarly and artistic soul, who enjoyed drawing, watching and analyzing cinema, painting and assembling model figurines and studying the latest developments in science and technology. He was effortlessly kind, sweet and jovial and he loved to help people and often put aside his own comfort if it meant helping someone else. He always set people at ease and was a great source of comfort to many people. He was also highly driven, and during his time in the United States Air Force, he had obtained both an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree.

 He is survived by his wife, Jaqueline Lopez-Zepeda, his mother Paula Virnston, his father Thomas Virnston, and his siblings; Katherine Dollison, Madeline Dollison, Benjamin Virnston and Michael Virnston. 

His sister Elizabeth Dollison preceded Thomas in death. 

Thomas Virnston’s funeral will be held on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 at 11:00 am. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Ed Hall officiating. A visitation will be held one our prior to the service. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Harpers Ferry.
