Timothy Lee
Jackson
June 11, 1972 – March 7, 2025
Timothy Lee Jackson, 52, of Hedgesville, WV passed away peacefully on Friday, March 7, 2025 at his home.
He was born June 11, 1972 in Leesburg, VA, to Marvin and Gail Jackson.
Timothy was a loving and devoted husband to his wife of 20 years, Marlena (Dinterman) Jackson. Together they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter and cherished memories. He was the proud father of three children: Timothy Jackson, Jr. of Frederick, MD, Tyler (Kerstain) Cotton of Hedgesville and Chloe Jackson, at home. He was also a deeply caring "Pap Pap" to his three grandsons, Levi, Owen and Carter, who brought him immense joy.
Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Jackson, his brother, Buzzy Jackson and his nephew, Richie Nelson. He is survived by his mother, Gail Jackson of Harpers Ferry, and his two beloved sisters, Bessie Nelson of Harpers Ferry and Mara (Kent) Clauson of Acworth, GA. Tim was also a loving uncle to several nieces and nephews; Haley (David) Salas, Marvin Jackson, Dennis (Raeann) Jackson, Mallory (Micah) Skuban, Darin Clauson, and Katherine Clauson, as well as two great-nieces and six great-nephews, who will miss him dearly.
Known for his generous spirit, infectious smile, and strong work ethic, Timothy was a man who touched the lives of everyone around him. A farmer at heart, never saying no to an animal in need. Tim enjoyed spending time outdoors and working on his property, his little piece of heaven on earth. His passions included NASCAR, trains and bluegrass music. Tim cherished family gatherings. His presence will be missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Tim was a commercial truck driver for Kinsley Construction, fulfilling a lifelong fascination with heavy equipment and semi-trucks.
Pallbearers will be Ralph Bolin, Kent Clauson, Chris Cook, Kevin Hawk, Lance Hawk, Lawrence Hawk, Scott Jackson and Eric LaBrie.
The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
