Victor "Vic" Mohyla, 61, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Monday, January 5, 2026 at his residence.

Born April 26, 1964 in Newark, NJ, he was the son of the late Mykola and Tamara Mohyla.

He was a member of the Roman Catholic Church of St. James the Greater.

Vic had a kind and gentle soul and he loved the Catholic Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 2 ½ years, Michelle, at home, one daughter, Sarah, one son, Joseph and wife, Zoe, five grandchildren, Harleigh, Ella, Rose, Starlit and Evelyn and one sister, Vera.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 8, 2026  at St James Catholic Church, 49 Crosswinds Drive, Charles Town, WV with Father Timothy Grassi as the Celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Peters Cemetery in Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the Mass with a Rosary at 9:30 am.
