Victor Hugo Villegas, Sr., 52, of Charles Town, WV passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at Adler Center in Aldie, Virginia.

Born November 21, 1970 in Mexico, he was the son of James Villegas and the late Maria Guadalupe Garcia.

Victor served for 20 years as an Officer with US Customs and Border Protection.

He was of the Catholic faith. Victor was a beloved husband and father who loved to cook for his family. His cooking always tasted amazing. He said the secret ingredient was love, which he had not only for his family but for his country.

He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Elizabeth Villegas, at home, one daughter, Elizabeth Marie Villegas, two sons, Victor Hugo Villegas, Jr. and Bryan Adam Villegas, his father, James Villegas, two sisters and six brothers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at St. James Catholic Church, 49 Crosswinds Drive, Charles Town, WV with Father Timothy Grassi as the Celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Peters Cemetery in Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV on Monday from 6-8 pm with a Rosary and Vigil to be held at 7:30 pm.
