Wendy Leigh Campbell, 52, of Kearneysville, WV passed away Friday, January 5, 2024 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Born December 2, 1971 in Winchester, VA, she was the daughter of Russell E. Conner and the late Nancy L. McCauley Conner.
Wendy attended Brunswick First Church of God.
She had previously been employed at Fairchild Controls in Frederick, MD.
Wendy was an avid pocketbook collector. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family very much. She will be deeply missed.
In addition to her father, Russell, she is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, Jeffrey L. Campbell, at home, son, Bradley S. Hargett of Brunswick, MD, daughters, Amanda R. Masters and husband, Mike of Harpers Ferry and Brandy N. Haupt and husband, Craig of Sharpsburg, four grandchildren, Lexi and Carly Masters and Laikyn and Willow Haupt, sister, Jennifer Wenner and husband, Mike and niece, Angel Wenner. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and special friends, Jeff Henry, Tracie and Dallas Watts, Jennifer Young, Wayne and Bonnie Keeney and Bonnie and Joe Henry.
In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Richard Conner and "Pap" Leon Taulton and maternal grandparents, Virginia Anderson McCauley and William Leslie McCauley.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 12, 2024 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Corey Berkey officiating. Interment will follow in Park Heights Cemetery in Brunswick, MD.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 pm.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Keeney, Jeff Henry, Thomas Conner, Craig Haupt, Rick Webber and Dallas Watts.
Wendy's family would like to thank Temple University Hospital and the nurses for their special care that was given to Wendy.
