Will Emmett Lewis, 65, of Charles Town, WV, passed away on June 28, 2026, at home.

Born on November 23, 1960, in Oak Hill, WV, he was the son of the late William Porter Lewis and Mary Virginia Wiseman. He was of the Methodist Faith.

He retired from Jefferson County Schools.

Will is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Anne, at home; two sons, Will Emmett II (Amy), of Lewisburg, WV, Richard Porter “Gunner”, at home; one sister, Lorrie Ann Lewis; one brother, Bil (Kari); two nieces, Kimmie and Hannah; two nephews, Jeremy and Jaden.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one infant brother, Mitchell Gene Lewis.

Services will be held at a later date.
