William Vincent Keen Jr., 79, of Ranson, WV passed away February 16, 2025 at his residence.

Born April 5, 1945 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late William Vincent Keen Sr. and Marjorie Hudson Keen.

He was a US Army Veteran, serving in the US and Germany.

William was a builder in the construction business for over forty years and a bus driver for eleven years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Lecia Keen, at home, three daughters, Lisa Lucas and husband, Stuart, Priska Keen and partner, Reinholt and Jesica Rines and husband, David, three sons, Darrel Dickenson and partner, Mary, Joshua Tomlinson and wife, Emily and Jacoba Tomlinson and wife, Agne, fourteen grandchildren and three great grandsons.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Chris Keen.

Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Rock Springs Church, 114 Poor Farm Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430,  with Pastor Mike Lowrey officiating.

The family will receive friends a half hour prior to the service at the church.
