William Eugene Spickler, II, 67, of Shepherdstown, West Virginia passed away Monday, September 26, 2022 at his residence.

He was born August 24, 1955 in Hagerstown, Maryland and was the son of the late William Eugene Spickler and Pauline Mae Taylor Spickler.

William worked for Synder Service Center and Thumpin Car Stereo in Hagerstown, MD.

He was a car enthusiast.

He is survived by two nephews, Donnie Russell and wife, Jackie and Shawn Russell; great-niece, Kara Whyte and two great-nephews, Cameron Renaud and Brandon Russell.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Regina Wines and one niece, Heather Renaud.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
