William Roger Westfall (Hezz), 60, of Charles Town, WV, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at home.

Born March 1, 1965, in Charleston, WV. He grew up in Cabin Creek and Quincey, WV. The youngest of eight children.

Rodger was the son of the late James William Westfall and Helen Joyce Crawford Westfall. Also preceding him in death were three older brothers, James Earl Westfall, David lee Westfall, and Gary Alan Westfall.

Roger is survived by his step-sons, Paul Anthony Fischbach, Matthew Joseph Hardy, and Ryan Taylor Hardy; four granddaughters Brooke Hardy, Bethany Hardy, Summer Fischbach, and Serenity Daniels; sisters, Ella Marie Bradshaw (Joe), Kathy Truluck (Raymond), Nancy Sue Westfall (Zeke), and Darlena Kay Westfall; sister-in-law, Sandra Westfall; and many nieces and nephews. He also is survived by, Amy Colbert Westfall, his former wife, support system and best friend until the end.

Roger was retired, but prior to that worked as an Underground Utilities Pipe Foreman in Loudoun County and Fairfax County, VA. He attended Mission Tabernacle Church on Mission Road in Harpers Ferry, WV. He was to be baptized on Sunday, September 7, 2025, by Pastor Sam Snow.

Roger was a big man with an even bigger heart. His kindness was unwavering. He enjoyed spending his spare time with his best friend, Sam Wilson. He loved riding his four wheeler, listening to AC/DC, the outdoors, watching WVU Football and reminiscing about his life when he was younger.

A family service will be held at a later date, where he will be buried next to his brothers at the Westfall Family Cemetery in Exchange, WV in Braxton County.
