Zachary Tyler Keiper, 24, of Kearneysville, WV passed peacefully at home, Thursday, July 8, 2021.

Born June 6, 1997 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of Eric Jason Keiper and Shannon Renee Franks Dinges.

He was of the Christian faith.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Shannon and Dave Dinges of Kearneysville, WV; his father, Eric Keiper and fiance', Amy Bernstein of Hagerstown, MD; four sisters, Zoe and Allie Dinges, Madison Keiper and Meighan Sorenson,  five brothers, Cody Bechtol, Dakota Keiper, David Dinges, Aidan Dinges, Jackson Keiper, maternal grandfather, Gary Franks, Sr., paternal grandmother, Susan Keiper and two nieces, Caroline Bechtol and Rilyn Sorenson.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Diane Franks and paternal grandfather, Cliff Keiper.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Walter Jackson officiating.
