Merritt Snyder Trundle's Obituary
Merritt Snyder Trundle, 71, of Shepherdstown, WV passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, WV as a result of a heart attack.
She was born January 15, 1938 in Ranson, WV and was the daughter of William L. Snyder of Bakerton, WV and the late Kathleen Lookingbill Snyder.
She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church at Moler's Crossroad.
She was a 1955 graduate of Harpers Ferry High School.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald E. Trundle at home; one daughter, Karla Kay McDonough of Parkersburg, WV; half sister, Ellen Marshall of Aliquippa, PA and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, US 340 at Halltown Road, Charles Town/Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Cedric Sullivan officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
Memorial donations may be made to the Bethesda United Methodist Church, 3415 Kearneysville Pike, Shepherdstown, WV 25443.
