Mary M. Tarman's Obituary
Mary M. Tarman, 64, of Harpers Ferry, WV, died Monday, July 25, 2005 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital at Ranson, WV.
She was born May 5, 1941 at Jefferson County, WV and was the daughter of the late Joseph Dillow and Mabel Smoot Dillow.
She was a retired cook with Rose Hill Nursing Home at Berryville, VA.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Morris Tarman at home; six daughters, Wanda Hardy and Alicia Fogle both of Harpers Ferry, Carol Barbour of Berkeley County, WV, Barbara Edwards of Middleway, WV, Donna Lilly of Buena Vista, VA and Margaret Setzer of Richmond, VA; two sons, Phillip Fogle of Florida and Morris Tarman of Kearneysville, WV; three sisters, Annie of Jefferson County, WV, Linda Rockenbaugh of Charles Town and Juanita Dillow of Ranson, WV; one brother, Roger Dillow of Charles Town; 18 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence Dillow, Benny Dillow and Jerry Wayne Dillow.
Services will be Wednesday, July 27, 2005 at 2 PM at the Eackles-Spencer Funeral Home, 970 Washington St., Harpers Ferry, WV with the Rev. Donnie Jane Cardwell officiating. Interment will be in the Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 to 9 PM.
